My favorite Gardner

Interesting Little Blooms

Small but adds a stop on the Normmer Garden tour.

Dandy little Iris

When we moved in (6 years ago) there was this pitiful little Iris that was barely hanging on to life. The blossom was a dirty brown (not attractive) but in the winter, large orange seeds brightened up the entire yard. So, Michael decided to spread the seed around to have more winter color. Now, the new plants are displaying blosooms with much more interest. Can't wait to see what the winter display is like this year.

Budha

We have two Budhas who watch over our back yard. Each has it's own perspective - and weathering technique.

Wild Lilac and the Bees

The Wild Lilac out front is really beautiful this year. You can't get too close though - this is Honey Bee heaven.

Daffodils

We had a wonderful showing of Daffodils this year. Little late on posting these pictures but it's great to have this reminder.

Suprise Iris

We often don't keep track of what we've planted where. When this Iris opened up a few days ago, it reminded us of how fun it is to be suprised.
